At pamo. design, we want you to be completely satisfied with your industrial furniture. If your new piece doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return your order within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a return authorization.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Carefully disassemble the furniture and place all components back into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided return shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
